App Request is a feature teachers can use to request apps for through the App Store and Jamf School Teacher. The App Requests icon on the Jamf School Teacher dashboard allows teachers to see the apps they requested and the status of those requests.

Automated Zero Touch Deployment Workflow
MDM can simplify the setup process for users, configure device settings, and distribute apps and books you purchase in Apple School Manager.
During auto-configure mode, “Remote Management” process starts downloading device specific profiles from MDM server and install with user consent. This will allow automatic account configuration, personalised environment creation, and user specific Apps download in the device.
